We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the company s revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
