**Job Title: Sales Executive Biomass Solutions**
**Overview**
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for biomass products and renewable energy solutions. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting sustainable biomass-based alternatives such as briquettes, pellets, biomass boilers, biogas systems, and waste-to-energy solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically inclined, and passionate about clean energy.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Business Development**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
* Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline for biomass fuels and energy equipment.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
**Customer Relationship Management**
* Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
* Visit client sites to assess energy requirements and recommend appropriate biomass solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the sales and after-sales process.
**Technical & Product Knowledge**
* Develop a solid understanding of biomass fuels (pellets, briquettes, agri-residue fuels), combustion systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
* Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
* Support customers with basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the service team for technical assistance.
**Reporting & Coordination**
* Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM entries.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
* Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
**Experience:**
* 1 5 years of sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, biomass fuels, industrial equipment, or energy solutions.
* Experience in B2B sales and managing technical products is an advantage.
**Skills:**
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Understanding of biomass energy systems and sustainability concepts (or willingness to learn).
* Ability to analyze client energy consumption and propose relevant solutions.
* Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
