**Job Summary:**
The Patient Care Executive International Patients is responsible for providing end-to-end support to international patients, ensuring a smooth and comfortable hospital experience. The role includes patient coordination, relationship management, admission assistance, and post-treatment follow-up while maintaining high service quality and empathy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist international patients from enquiry to discharge and post-treatment follow-up
* Coordinate appointments, admissions, consultations, and procedures with doctors and departments
* Act as a single point of contact for patients and their attendants
* Support visa invitation letters, travel guidance, accommodation, and airport pickup arrangements
* Explain treatment plans, estimates, billing, and hospital processes clearly
* Coordinate with medical, nursing, billing, insurance, and international desk teams
* Ensure timely documentation, medical reports, and discharge summaries
* Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Maintain patient records, MIS reports, and CRM updates
* Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred)
* 0 5 years of experience in patient care, international desk, or healthcare services
* Experience in handling international patients is an advantage
* Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
