Job Summary

The Fabrication Laborer supports daily production activities in a fabrication facility by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist fabricators, welders, and machine operators with daily tasks

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products

• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision

• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials as required

• Clean work areas, machines, and tools regularly

• Follow all workplace safety rules and wear required protective equipment

• Support assembly, finishing, and packaging of fabricated products

• Report damaged materials or equipment issues to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment (preferred but not required)

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Attention to safety and detail

• Previous experience in fabrication, construction, or industrial labor is an advantage

Work Environment

• Fabrication workshop or factory setting

• Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and machinery

• Standing for long periods and manual handling of materials
