The Fabrication Laborer supports daily production activities in a fabrication facility by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.
Assist fabricators, welders, and machine operators with daily tasks
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials as required
Clean work areas, machines, and tools regularly
Follow all workplace safety rules and wear required protective equipment
Support assembly, finishing, and packaging of fabricated products
Report damaged materials or equipment issues to supervisors
Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment (preferred but not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Attention to safety and detail
Previous experience in fabrication, construction, or industrial labor is an advantage
Fabrication workshop or factory setting
Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and machinery
Standing for long periods and manual handling of materials
