The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policies, and compliance. The role ensures that HR strategies support business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and monitor performance management systems, appraisals, and talent reviews.
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs and workshops.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation processes in collaboration with finance.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, retention, absenteeism) and prepare regular reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
