The Food Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, serving items accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
Present menus and explain food items, specials, and offers
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints politely
Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards
Assist in billing or coordinate with the cashier when required
Support team members during peak hours
Education: Minimum 10th pass (higher education preferred)
Experience:
0 2 years as a food server / waiter (freshers can apply)
