Job Summary

The Food Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, serving items accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables

  • Present menus and explain food items, specials, and offers

  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen

  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints politely

  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards

  • Assist in billing or coordinate with the cashier when required

  • Support team members during peak hours


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum 10th pass (higher education preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 0 2 years as a food server / waiter (freshers can apply)
