We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Chef to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Prepare and cook continental cuisine (Italian, French, European, etc.)
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
Plan menus and suggest new dishes or specials
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Manage food preparation and cooking within set timelines
Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff and restaurant management
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow all health and safety regulations
Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
Good knowledge of continental recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
