Position Summary
A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational tasks of the company. The role involves data management, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Preparing reports, MIS, and updating internal databases.
Handling emails, calls, and internal communication.
Managing files, documents, and office records.
Coordinating with front office, sales, accounts, and HR teams.
Checking and verifying data, invoices, and documentation.
Assisting in preparing presentations, letters, and reports.
Monitoring office supplies and supporting purchase activities.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supporting day-to-day back-office operations.
Required Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of data entry and record-keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
12th / Graduate (any stream).
Experience in back-office or administrative work preferred.
