· knowledge about key customers and competitors visiting doctors/gps & generate leads.
· to locate most potential business segments.

· responsible for increase satisfaction levels of patients and attendants.
· explain the hospital/doctors services, care and treatments to potential patients.
· support activities of inspections from government and other agencies.
· follow up with the in-patients and out-patients by collecting feedback and submit the consolidated report to the management.
· studying & research marketing factor-planning, distribution, personal selling, advertisement, sales promotion policy, and marketing analysis.
