### Job Description
Pind Balluchi Restaurant is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily service operations, lead the service staff, and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise stewards and manage daily restaurant service.
- Welcome guests and coordinate table assignments.
- Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness.

### Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass; a hospitality diploma is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
