### Job Description
Bomdia Cafe, located in Civil Lines, Raipur, is looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef to join its kitchen team. We are seeking a passionate individual with good cooking knowledge and the ability to prepare a variety of dishes across Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other cuisines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in restaurant or café kitchen operations, food preparation, menu execution, and maintaining consistent food quality. Candidates must be capable of preparing different dishes independently while maintaining taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.

### Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes.
- Handle daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare starters, main courses, snacks, and other café-style dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and food supplies.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Minimize food wastage and manage ingredients efficiently.
- Introduce new dishes and support menu improvements.

### Basic Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass preferred.
- Previous experience as a Chef in a restaurant, café, or hotel is required.
- Good knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine.
- Ability to prepare multiple varieties of dishes independently.
- Knowledge of food presentation and portion management.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage kitchen responsibilities during busy hours.
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new recipes.

### Preferred Candidate
