About the Job
Ciana Café, located in Shankar Nagar, Raipur, is looking for experienced, polite, and customer-friendly Stewards to join its team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverage orders, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food, snacks, and beverages to customers.
- Ensure timely and professional table service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
- Handle customer queries and requests politely.
- Check customer satisfaction and provide assistance when required.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements
