### Job Description
Chai Leela Café is looking for hardworking, responsible, and enthusiastic Kitchen Captains to manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation and service. The ideal candidates should have good coordination skills, basic kitchen knowledge, and the ability to work in a team.
### Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities.
- Manage and guide kitchen helpers and other staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report stock requirements.
- Follow standard recipes and food preparation procedures.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
### Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Must be able to read basic English.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or kitchen is preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
