About the Job:

ASH by Aashhy Agrawal, a designer clothing boutique, is looking for a smart, well-groomed, polite, and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience to customers visiting the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers visiting the boutique.
- Attend customer inquiries and provide basic information about products and services.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages professionally.
- Manage customer appointments and coordinate store visits.
- Maintain customer records and basic documentation.
- Assist with billing and other front desk activities when required.
- Coordinate with sales staff and management for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a neat and professional front desk area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Polite, punctual, and responsible.
- Prior experience in front desk, reception, or retail will be an advantage.
